I have. And I found out, that there is a number of chinese internet shops that offer chipsets, RAMs and even cell-phones made in China (Taiwan actually).

What may seem like a trouble for sellers is actually a huge advantage for us – buyers. And if you are living in European Union, you are not supposed to pay taxes and customs for goods, which absolute value is less than 150€.
